Investor- and borrower-facing P2P supply-chain finance platform for a regulated Korean fintech, across web and native mobile — quick-invest checkout, portfolio/repayment dashboards, and a regulator-mandated transparency dashboard.

- The problem
- Kross Finance's P2P supply-chain finance platform ran on a legacy frontend that was hard to extend, and its investors and enterprise borrowers needed the same products on web and mobile.
- My role
- Senior Frontend Developer at Kross Finance Korea, working remotely. I refactored the legacy frontend and re-implemented the investor app on a more maintainable architecture, built a shared API SDK on React Query used by the web and React Native apps, built the React Native features borrowers use to manage loans, portfolios and documents, and built backend API endpoints and database queries behind them.
- The result
- Shipped 6+ production web applications on the platform. A performance overhaul driven by Lighthouse audits improved Core Web Vitals scores and contributed to lower bounce rates, and Sentry monitoring now tracks production errors across the frontends.
